The Hospice Wall of Remembrance is a special place where patients who have been cared for by the hospice team continue to be part of the Hospice of Greater Cleveland family. Each butterfly placed on the remembrance tree represents a person whose life touched the hearts of patients, families, volunteers and caregivers.
The butterflies serve as a beautiful reminder of the love, compassion and meaningful moments shared throughout each person’s journey. They honor not only the lives of those who have passed, but also the lasting connections created through hospice care.
“Each butterfly represents someone who made an impact on our Hospice of Greater Cleveland family,” says Tiffany Moore, Hospital Liaison at Hospice of Greater Cleveland. “The Wall of Remembrance gives us a meaningful way to pause, remember their lives and celebrate the moments we were privileged to share with them.”
