Eligibility

Meeting Eligibility Requirements for PACE

At McGregor PACE, our interdisciplinary team works with eligible participants and their caregivers to develop a personalized plan of care.

McGregor PACE services are available for people who are:

  • 55 years of age or older
  • Residents of Cuyahoga and Lorain County
  • Eligible for a nursing home level of care
  • Able to live safely in the community
