Using a community-based approach, McGregor PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) enables older adults to remain in their homes in familiar surroundings while receiving the help they need.

McGregor PACE is for people who are 55 years of age or older, live in Cuyahoga or Lorain County, qualify for nursing home level of care, and are able to live safely in the community.
