April 17, 2025, Akron Ohio–With much anticipation and several years of determination and advocacy for the PACE program in Ohio, we were proud to bring McGregor PACE to Ohio Living Rockynol in Summit County.

McGregor PACE announced expansion into Summit County, reflecting a commitment to providing exceptional care for older adults with this Grand Opening.

Historically, Cuyahoga County has been the sole beneficiary of McGregor PACE services. This partnership between Ohio Living will provide coordinated, comprehensive medical and social services for up to 400 older adults in the Summit County area. The partnership with Ohio Living Rockynol and McGregor will provide coordinated, comprehensive medical and social services for approximately 400 older adults in Summit County. The Adult Day Health Center will be located on the first floor of the western building at the Ohio Living Rockynol campus located at 1275 W. Exchange Street, Akron.

McGregor is dedicated to ensuring that seniors can continue to live in their own homes and stay connected to their communities. This expansion marks a significant milestone in our mission to serve the older adult population with comprehensive care and support in Summit County with Ohio Living Rockynol.

PACE Adult Day Health Centers are a cornerstone of the program, offering medical, rehabilitative, social, and personal care services. These services are delivered through an interdisciplinary team that employs a community-based approach to develop personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each participant.
