The Services We Provide
At McGregor PACE, we are committed to helping Cleveland’s senior community stay in their homes longer without having to move into assisted living facilities. The McGregor PACE mission is simple: We take care of seniors in need and those who serve them. The PACE program enables us to do that while participants continue to live at home, which is the goal of many seniors and the families that support them. But how do we do it? Let’s take a look at some of the services that our McGregor PACE program provides:
Adult Day Care
Many times the families that care for our seniors have to find ways for them to be taken care of while they are working or attending to other affairs. In order to help, we offer adult day care services, so family members and caretakers don’t have to worry about the well-being of their loved ones while they are away.
Case Management and Social Work
We work directly with social workers to make sure that all paperwork and services provided by city, state, and federal agencies are in order and that our participants don’t fall through the cracks.
Home Support
Our team provides home health care services and safety checks to ensure that our participants are safe and taken care of when other family members are unable to provide care.
Transportation
We understand that it’s not always easy for seniors to get to our facilities or to healthcare providers when they need to. That’s why we provide transportation to and from all of our PACE-approved activities and facilities.
Meals
Participants are provided with nutritious meals to ensure that they are always given the sustenance they need for proper health.
