A new affordable senior independent living building is coming to Elyria in Lorain County located adjacent to the McGregor Foundation’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), an adult day health center and clinic that opened early November.
This affordable living building will be called the McGregor Landing, providing 115 units in a four-story building consisting of 95,000 square feet. McGregor is partnering with developer CHN Housing Partners on the $35million project which will connect to the new PACE Center on Leona Street.
