Connected to the community.
How McGregor PACE is changing Cleveland.
Senior care is our focus, but at McGregor PACE, we also serve the community they live in. That’s why we developed our grant and volunteer programs to help sustain and develop the programs and services that make Cleveland such a special place. The mission of the program is to sustain the arts and culture, as well as organizations, with an eye on making living conditions better for the citizens of our proud city. Through the efforts of our employees and volunteers, we are able to help some agencies do incredible work and make a true difference.
Take a look at some of the programs we’ve supported through grants and resources:
- We recently donated over $20k to the Care Alliance Health Center for mobile dental work for seniors.
- We partnered with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank to put a pantry in our new McGregor facility.
- Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation received funding for home repairs to retrofit and build new ramps and other features to facilitate independence for seniors.
- The Healthy Bodies/Healthy Minds program at the West Side Community House received funding for their program.
These are just a few examples of the programs we support and the amazing people working to make a difference. To learn more about how you can help, or other ways McGregor is working for the community, contact us today!
