Episode 4: Susan Althans
Susan Althans is the Philanthropic Director and Secretary to the Board of Directors at McGregor. The foundation continues to focus on workforce recruitment and retention, and on agencies that provide wrap-around services that enhance the safety and well-being of seniors. Central to McGregor’s mission is the commitment to support programs that allow older adults to age in place the call “home”. The foundation supports organizations, both small and large, that deliver a range of programming that address basic needs, safety, and access to critical resources that promote stability. The McGregor Foundation has awarded 775 grants to 140 organizations for a total of $18 million since 2002.
