PACE includes everything needed to stay healthy such as primary care, specialists, + dental, vision, and hearing services.
Our team supports your health and safety so you can live comfortably in your own home.
Transportation to doctor visits, activities, and friendly PACE centers are available for all participants.
Activity Centers offer fun, engaging programs and a welcoming space to gather, relax or participate in meaningful activities–while making friends.
When you need more, we offer rehabilitative services at the activity center for physical, occupational and speech therapy.
