A decade ago, McGregor PACE [Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly] started in Cleveland, now the only remaining PACE program in Ohio.
We are serving almost 700 participants throughout Cuyahoga County and expanding.
With over 10,000 people turning 65 years of age every day, we anticipate serving even more seniors! By 2030, we anticipate that one in every 5 people will be over the age of 65.
The PACE program is a community based program that helps people to stay in their homes and connected to their neighborhoods. An interdisciplinary team coordinates services, resources and health needs to support those who live at home!
