If you visit McGregor PACE, you will likely see Kyley Cole, our Case Manager, hard at work with our PACE seniors. As a young adult, she felt inspired to enter the healthcare field. Kyley spent a lot of time around older and senior adults as a child, which helped her realize how much she enjoyed and cared about helping these individuals. Pursuing a career in senior care was a great choice. Kyley began her career at McGregor Home as a floor LPN and now oversees three clinics at McGregor PACE, where she manages our Department of Case Management. Kyley took her first job at McGregor because she was looking for a stable, respected, and caring employer—and she definitely found that at McGregor. Under the guidance of Dr. Peter Degolia, one of the providers at McGregor Overlook, Kyley was encouraged and motivated to pursue her RN degree. McGregor provided tuition assistance and wholehearted support as Kyley furthered her education. “I am a different person today because of the organization,” Kyley said. “[McGregor has] taught me so many leadership skills that I apply to my work on a daily basis.”
