Following years of determination and advocacy for our older adults, we can finally see this vision come to reality thanks to the many individuals who have worked tirelessly with dedication and a shared goal to provide this Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Lorain county.
PACE opened their doors in July 2024 in a temporary location at 425 Earl Court in the Wesleyan Village. We look forward to moving into our permanent home that has been constructed solely for this Adult Day Health Center and PACE program.
We decided to stop by and get a sneak peek of how things were coming along and the spaces took our breath away at how magnificent the building is. Our senior will experience the benefit and exceptional care that this will bring to support the community.

We look forward to the Grand Opening in June (invitation only) followed by subsequent Open Houses when the public can view this wonderful attribute which will enrich lives. It is located at 570 Leona Street, off Rt. 57 in Elyria.
